Token Terms

These Token Terms govern the purchase, distribution, and use of DOSHO tokens. By purchasing or using tokens, you agree to these terms in full. Please read carefully before making any token purchase.
1. What Are DOSHO Tokens?
DOSHO tokens are virtual platform credits used exclusively within the DOSHO ecosystem. Tokens are not a cryptocurrency, financial instrument, investment, or legal tender. They have no value outside of the DOSHO platform.
- 1 Token = $0.10 USD of platform value (subject to change)
- Tokens are non-transferable between accounts
- Tokens cannot be traded, sold, or exchanged for fiat currency by users
2. Purchasing Tokens
Token purchases are processed via NOWPayments, a third-party cryptocurrency payment provider. DOSHO accepts USDT (TRC20) and other supported cryptocurrencies as configured.
- Blockchain confirmation is required before tokens are credited to your wallet.
- DOSHO does not store private keys or wallet credentials.
- Confirmation times vary by blockchain network and are outside DOSHO's control.
- All prices are displayed in USD equivalent at time of purchase.
3. Token Packages

4. Using Tokens

Free allowances: Users receive 3 free messages per conversation and 1 free 60-second video call (lifetime, never resets). After these allowances are exhausted, purchased tokens are required.
5. Purchased vs. Bonus Tokens
DOSHO distinguishes between two types of tokens in your wallet:
💳 Purchased Tokens
Tokens bought with real money. These are the only tokens that can be spent on interactions (messages, calls, gifts, etc.).
🎁 Bonus / Earned Tokens
Tokens earned through referrals, promotional bonuses, or partner earnings. These accumulate in your wallet but cannot be spent on platform interactions unless converted via a withdrawal.
This distinction ensures platform integrity and prevents exploitation of the token economy.
6. No Cash Value & Non-Refundability
- All token purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency by users.
- Tokens are non-transferable between accounts.
- Unused tokens are forfeited upon account termination for violations.
DOSHO does not issue refunds for tokens spent on interactions, including failed calls, poor experiences, or partner unavailability. See our Refund Policy for exceptional circumstances.
7. Token Expiry
Purchased tokens do not expire while your account is in good standing. However, tokens may be forfeited if:
- Your account is permanently banned for violations.
- Your account remains inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.
- DOSHO ceases operations (users will be given 30 days' notice to exhaust balances).
8. Fraud & Chargebacks
The following are considered fraudulent and will result in immediate permanent banand forfeiture of all balances:
- Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving tokens.
- Using stolen payment methods to purchase tokens.
- Exploiting platform bugs to gain tokens illegitimately.
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit free allowances or bonuses.
DOSHO reserves the right to pursue chargeback fraud through legal channels and to recover costs from fraudulent users.
9. Changes to Token Economy
DOSHO reserves the right to modify token prices, packages, interaction costs, and earning rates at any time. Changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 7 days before taking effect for price increases, or immediately for emergency security or fraud-related changes.
