1. Platform Description

Dosho is a digital interaction platform that allows registered users to engage in paid text and video conversations with verified independent content providers ("Partners") using a token-based system.

Dosho is NOT:

• A dating service
• An escort service
• A subscription platform
• An adult content provider

Dosho facilitates communication only and does not guarantee outcomes, relationships, availability, or satisfaction.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have legal capacity in your jurisdiction
• Use the Platform for lawful purposes only

Dosho reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration & Security

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining account confidentiality
• All activity conducted under their account

Dosho is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

4. Tokens & Payments

4.1 Tokens

• Tokens are digital credits used exclusively on Dosho
• Tokens have no cash value
• Tokens are non-transferable
• Tokens are non-refundable

Tokens are not a currency, investment, or stored-value account.

4.2 Purchases

• All purchases are final
• Payments are processed via third-party crypto payment providers
• Dosho does not store user private keys or wallet credentials

Blockchain confirmations are required before token crediting.

5. Use of the Platform

Users agree NOT to:

• Solicit external payments
• Share personal contact details
• Harass, threaten, or deceive others
• Attempt to bypass token deductions
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination without refund.

6. Communication & Content

All communications:

• Are logged permanently
• May be reviewed for moderation, compliance, or legal purposes
• Cannot be edited or deleted by users

Dosho does not endorse user-generated content and is not responsible for statements made by users or Partners.

7. Disclaimers

Dosho provides the Platform "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Availability
• Accuracy
• Fitness for a particular purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dosho shall not be liable for:

• Emotional distress
• Lost profits
• Lost tokens
• Service interruptions
• User interactions

Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by the user in the preceding 30 days.

9. Governing Law

Governing Law: During Bootstrap Legal Mode, these Terms are governed by general principles of contract law to the maximum extent permitted.

Upon formal incorporation, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), United Arab Emirates.
