Partner Earnings & Participation Agreement

This Partner Earnings & Participation Agreement ("Agreement") governs participation in the Dosho platform as an earning participant ("Partner", "You", "Participant"). By applying to, registering on, or earning through Dosho, you acknowledge and agree to all terms below.

1. Independent Participant Status

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are an independent participant, not an employee, contractor, agent, or partner of Dosho
  • Dosho does not guarantee earnings, activity, visibility, or user demand
  • You are solely responsible for any tax, reporting, or legal obligations in your jurisdiction
  • Dosho does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes on your behalf

Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide valid government-issued identification
  • Pass manual verification
  • Provide truthful, current, and accurate information

Dosho reserves the right to re-verify your identity at any time.

3. Platform Role & Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Engage respectfully and lawfully with users
  • Use only the Dosho platform for interactions
  • Refrain from sharing external contact details
  • Refrain from soliciting off-platform payments
  • Refrain from impersonation, deception, or manipulation

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

4. Earnings & Token Economy

4.1 Earnings Structure

  • You earn 50% of tokens spent on you by users
  • Earnings accrue in your internal Dosho wallet
  • Token values are set by Dosho and may change

Tokens:

  • Are not currency
  • Have no guaranteed fiat value
  • Are redeemable only through Dosho withdrawal mechanisms

4.2 No Guaranteed Earnings

Dosho does not guarantee:

  • Minimum income
  • Consistent activity
  • User availability
  • Placement or promotion

Earnings depend entirely on user interactions.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Conditions

Withdrawals require:

  • Minimum payout threshold ($100 USD equivalent)
  • Bi-weekly withdrawal window
  • Manual administrative review
  • Valid crypto wallet address (USDT TRC20)

5.2 Forfeiture

If your account is:

  • Suspended for investigation, or
  • Permanently banned for violations

Then:

  • Unpaid earnings may be withheld or forfeited
  • Dosho's decision is final

6. Content & Communication Rules

You must NOT:

  • Provide explicit sexual content where prohibited
  • Offer real-world services
  • Share personal identifying information
  • Attempt to emotionally manipulate users for payment

Dosho retains the right to review all communications.

7. Verification & Monitoring

You consent to:

  • Manual review of your profile
  • Monitoring of activity for safety and compliance
  • Retention of records for legal and audit purposes

8. Termination

You may request account closure at any time.

Dosho may terminate your participation:

  • For violations
  • For legal compliance
  • To protect platform integrity

Termination does not entitle you to compensation beyond approved withdrawals.

9. Governing Law

During Bootstrap Legal Mode, these Terms are governed by general principles of contract law to the maximum extent permitted.

Upon formal incorporation, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), United Arab Emirates.

10. Acceptance

By participating as a Partner on Dosho, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
