Refund Policy

⚠️ Important Notice

All token purchases on DOSHO are final and generally non-refundable. Tokens are a virtual platform currency with no cash value. By purchasing tokens, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Please read this page in full before making a purchase.

1. General No-Refund Policy

DOSHO operates a strict no-refund policy for token purchases. This applies to:

  • All token packages (Starter, Standard, Premium, Elite).
  • Bonus tokens received with a purchase.
  • Tokens already spent on messages, calls, gifts, or content unlocks.
  • Tokens remaining in your wallet at the time of a voluntary account closure.
  • Tokens forfeited due to account termination for violations.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with a partner's conversation or interaction quality.
  • A partner going offline or not responding.
  • Accidental token spending.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Temporary platform outages or disruptions.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

DOSHO may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund or token credit in the following exceptional circumstances only:

✅ Payment processed but tokens not credited

If a blockchain payment was confirmed but tokens were never credited to your wallet within 24 hours, we will investigate and credit the tokens or refund the payment.

✅ Duplicate / double charge

If you were charged twice for the same purchase due to a technical error, we will credit or refund the duplicate amount after verification.

✅ Platform-verified fraudulent interaction

If a creator is found by DOSHO to have engaged in demonstrably fraudulent behaviour (e.g., impersonation confirmed by investigation), affected users may receive a token credit at DOSHO's discretion.

✅ DOSHO platform closure

In the event DOSHO permanently ceases operations, users with unused purchased token balances will receive a pro-rata refund after a 30-day notice period.

3. Technical Errors & Double Charges

If you believe you have experienced a technical error with your payment:

  1. Check your DOSHO wallet balance — tokens may have been credited but not displayed immediately (refresh the page).
  2. Wait up to 30 minutes for blockchain confirmations before contacting support.
  3. Gather your transaction hash from your crypto wallet.
  4. Contact us at support@dosho.site with your transaction hash and account email.

We will investigate and respond within 2 business days.

4. Chargeback Warning

⛔ Do NOT file a chargeback without contacting us first.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider after receiving tokens constitutes fraud. Any account found to have filed a fraudulent chargeback will be:

  • Permanently banned immediately.
  • Subject to all outstanding token balances being voided.
  • Reported to payment processors and potentially to law enforcement.
  • Billed for the cost of chargeback fees incurred by DOSHO.

If you have a legitimate billing concern, please contact us directly — we will work to resolve it fairly and quickly.

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund or credit request, email us at:

Please include in your email:

  • Your registered DOSHO account email address.
  • The date and amount of the transaction.
  • Your blockchain transaction hash (if applicable).
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Any supporting screenshots or evidence.

Approved refunds for crypto payments are issued in the same cryptocurrency and to the same wallet address used for the original purchase. DOSHO is not responsible for changes in cryptocurrency value between purchase and refund.
