Creator Agreement

1. Introduction

DOSHO provides a platform for verified creators to engage with users through text messaging, video calls, live streaming, status posts, and digital gift interactions. Creators earn a revenue share from user interactions and may withdraw earnings in USDT (TRC20).

You are an independent participant — not an employee, agent, or contractor of DOSHO. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment or agency relationship.

2. Eligibility

To become a Creator on DOSHO, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Submit valid government-issued ID for verification.
• Pass DOSHO's manual identity verification process.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information at all times.
• Not be banned or suspended from DOSHO under a prior account.

DOSHO reserves the right to re-verify your identity at any time and to reject applications without providing a reason.

3. Content Ownership & Licence

You retain ownership of all original content you upload to DOSHO ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant DOSHO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to:

• Display and distribute Your Content within the platform to users.
• Store and back up Your Content for operational and legal purposes.
• Use thumbnails or previews of Your Content for platform promotion (with your consent).

You warrant that Your Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, and you indemnify DOSHO against all claims arising from such infringement.

4. Content Standards

All content you post, stream, or share on DOSHO must comply with our Community Guidelines.

You must NOT post or stream:

• Any content involving minors in a sexual or suggestive context.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Content promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• Impersonation of other individuals or organisations.
• Content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction or the user's jurisdiction.

5. Earnings & Revenue Share

Creators earn 50% of all tokens spent on them by users. The remaining 50% is retained by DOSHO as a platform fee.

DOSHO does not guarantee any minimum earnings. Earnings depend entirely on user activity and engagement. Token values are subject to change — see our Token Terms.

6. Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal threshold: $100 USD equivalent.
• Withdrawals are paid in USDT (TRC20) to your nominated wallet address.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually within 5 business days.
• DOSHO may request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation of suspected fraud or policy violations.

7. Verification Requirements

All Creators must complete DOSHO's ID verification process before going live or earning from the platform. This requires:

• A clear photo of a valid government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driving licence).
• A selfie photo holding your ID (liveness check).
• The name on your ID must match your registered account name.

DOSHO retains verification documents securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Verification data is never shared with other users.

8. Taxes & Compliance

You are solely responsible for:

• Declaring and paying all applicable taxes on earnings in your jurisdiction.
• Complying with all local laws governing online content creation and digital income.
• Obtaining any permits or licences required to operate as an independent content creator.

DOSHO does not withhold taxes, does not issue tax forms, and does not provide tax advice.

9. Termination

You may close your Creator account at any time by contacting support.

DOSHO may terminate your Creator account immediately if you:

• Violate this Agreement, the Community Guidelines, or any applicable law.
• Provide false identity information.
• Engage in fraud, manipulation, or deceptive practices.
• Become the subject of a law enforcement investigation.

Upon termination for violations, any unpaid earnings may be forfeited at DOSHO's discretion. Termination does not entitle you to any compensation beyond already-approved withdrawals.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

DOSHO is registered and operates as a Kenyan digital platform. Creators outside Kenya agree that Kenyan law applies regardless of their country of residence.
